ABSTRACT:
A roadside spray apparatus primarily adapted for the precision application of chemical herbicides is mounted by means of a frame support on the front bumper of a vehicle and is monitored by the driver of the vehicle using one hand to operate electrical switches connected to solenoid valves controlling the spray through nozzles mounted on a spray boom, which boom can be adjusted laterally and can be pivoted from one side of the vehicle to the other, with the nozzles attached to coil springs on the spray boom, and with an adjustable mirror and adjustable guides located on the spray apparatus in view of the driver of the vehicle.
