A rice hybrid designated XL723 is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of rice hybrid XL723, to the plants of rice hybrid XL723 and to methods for producing a rice plant produced by crossing the hybrid XL723 with itself or another rice plant. The invention further relates to hybrid rice seeds and plants produced by crossing the hybrid XL723 with another rice plant.
