A resin composition for a toner comprising a polymer made of styrene/(meth)acrylic ester copolymers, a thermoplastic polyesterurethane resin having a weight average molecular weight in a range of 5,000 to 500,000, and a vegetable wax having a melting point in a range of 65.degree. to 90.degree. C.
