ABSTRACT:
A resin composition having an excellent impact property comprising a polyphenylene ether and a polyarylene sulfide is provided. The resin composition comprises (A) a polyphenylene ether and (B) a polyarylene sulfide having the terminal SM group (wherein M is hydrogen or an alkali metal) of at least 5.times.10.sup.-6 gram equivalents/g.
