ABSTRACT:
A rescue harness for interconnecting the upper body portions of a person with a safety line. The harness includes an upper body portion encircling loop which is uniquely designed to remain open to receive the person's head and arms after which it automatically chinches down about the person's back or chest in a manner to positively secure the person within the harness loop.
