ABSTRACT:
A drawout fuseholder 10 is made, containing two electrically conductive contacts 11 and 12 and having an insulating tube 13 connected thereto and disposed therebetween, where the tube tube has a smooth, hard inner surface 15 and outer surface 16 of glass free cycloaliphatic epoxy resin and a central glass fiber member 14 impregnated with cycloaliphatic epoxy resin, where a metallic fuse element is connected to the contacts through the interior of the tube.
