ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides a therapeutic agent for overactive bladder comprising, as an active ingredient, a tricyclic compound represented by formula (I):[wherein R1represents a hydrogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, and the like;X1—X2—X3represents CR5═CR6—CR7═CR8, CR5═CR6—S, and the like;Y represents —CH2S—, —SOCH2—, and the like; andR2represents a hydrogen atom, and the like] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
