ABSTRACT:
A rejuvenator chill device that tempers (thaws) frozen food products to a state that very nearly approximates fresh. The device includes a sealable chamber that circulates water chilled to 3840.degree. F. around the subject frozen food product, particularly meat. The device tempers frozen meats in approximately 11-35 minutes.
