ABSTRACT:
Regulatory regions suitable for regulating expression of a heterologous nucleic acid are described, as well as nucleic acid constructs that include these regulatory regions. Also disclosed are transgenic plants, e.g.,Papaveraceaeplants, that contain such constructs.
