ABSTRACT:
A refrigeration cycle system is disclosed. A compression unit11for compressing the refrigerant by the drive force of a vehicle engine4is arranged in a housing10of a compressor1. The flow rate of the refrigerant discharged from the compression unit11is detected by a flow rate sensor15including a throttle portion15band a pressure difference detection mechanism15a. The throttle portion15breduces the flow rate of the refrigerant discharged from the compression unit11. The pressure difference detection mechanism15adetects the pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side of the throttle portion15bin the refrigerant flow thereby to detect the flow rate of the refrigerant discharged from the compression unit11. An oil separator12for separating the lubricating oil from the refrigerant discharged from the compression unit11is interposed between the compression unit11and the flow rate sensor15.
