ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to a refrigerating device1for storing and presenting ice cream, with a heat-insulating housing2, where housing2displays a housing opening3and a storage device4with a receiving compartment5for ice cream, where housing2essentially surrounds receiving compartment5completely and storage device4is mounted in housing2in rotating fashion, and where a heat exchanger6for generating cold air is assigned to housing2and can be connected to a refrigerating unit7located inside or outside housing2, such that the ice cream in receiving compartment5can be refrigerated by the cold air generated. The invention is characterized in that storage device4is designed as an insert9that can be fitted and/or removed through housing opening3. Insert9according to the invention is particularly characterized in that ice cream receiving compartment5is filled with unwrapped ice cream, at least in the area of adjacent delimiting walls21.
