ABSTRACT:
An essentially water-base coating to form reflective films on the inner wall of fluorescent lamps is prepared from a dispersion of TiO.sub.2 in a vehicle comprising a water solution of an organic binder, a volatile organic non-solvent of the binder at room temperature and additions of cationic and nonionic surfactants.
