ABSTRACT:
Elimination of truncation artifacts in Magnetic Resonance Images is accomplished by analaytically optimizing controllable parameters; i.e., filter characteristic and assymetry ratio when asymetrically sampling arid time domain filtering followed by complex conjugating the filtered data to reduce the Gibbs artifact.
