ABSTRACT:
Treated base material for recording. The recording sheet for ink-jet printing according to the invention includes, in its coating, a polyhydroxylic polymeric binder with the hydroxyl groups in the cis position, which has been gelled or coagulated with boric acid and/or its derivatives during coating, and a filler with a high absorption capacity. Application to recording paper for ink-jet printing.
