ABSTRACT:
The feeding apparatus50includes a hopper51that is provided operable to support the papers in inclined attitude and pivot around a pivot axis51a,and a feed roller53that is provided at a feed roller shaft54and feeds the paper to the downstream side by rotating in contact with the paper. When seen from the side view of the feeding path, guide rollers57and58are provided near the feed roller53and are driven to rotate in contact with paper. A movable member, provided near the feed roller53,pivots around a pivot axis63aso that the movable member moves backward and forward to the feeding path. Accordingly, a clearance between the feed roller53and the hopper51is narrowed.
