ABSTRACT:
A recording device which scans an original placed on a mounting table, for reproducing an image of the original onto an adequate size recording paper. The device is provided with a plurality of storehouses, each of which stores therein recording papers of a different size, a first detector for detecting the size of the recording paper. The recording paper original, and a second detector for detecting the size of the recording paper is selected according to the size detected by the first detector and the size detected by the second detector, and the image reproduction recording is implemented on recording papers with the selected size.
