ABSTRACT:
A CPU compares a detected moving speed with a previously set reference moving speed and when the detected moving speed is smaller than the reference moving speed, controls to increase a motor driving voltage VM to be supplied to a motor and when the detected moving speed is larger than the reference moving speed, controls to decrease the motor driving voltage VM to be supplied to the motor4.
