ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a recombinant human antibody comprising an antibodysequence specific for the MSP-3 antigen ofPlasmodium falciparum. In particular, the invention relates to a recombinant human antibody which is specific for the MSP-3194-257antigen. The invention further relates to nucleic acid encoding such antibodies and to uses of these antibodies, in particular in the treatment or prophylaxis of malaria.
