ABSTRACT:
A reclining chair in which the backrest and seat are reclined, and the retractable footrest is extended, by the descent of the seat from the normal sitting position under the weight of the occupant and at the occupant's election, and in which all parts are restored to the sitting position by the occupant's forcible retraction of the footrest by flexing his knees.
