ABSTRACT:
An apparatus for the application of aerospace composite laminates10is provided, including a non-contaminating outer layer24and an insulated base12. The present invention further includes a constant temperature heating element22positioned between the non-contaminating outer layer24and the insulated base12. A battery pack32is positioned within the insulated base12to power the constant temperature heating element22. The present invention can further include an ergonomic element34mounted to the insulated base12to facilitate handling of the apparatus10for the application of aerospace composite laminates.
