An apparatus for the application of aerospace composite laminates10is provided, including a non-contaminating outer layer24and an insulated base12. The present invention further includes a constant temperature heating element22positioned between the non-contaminating outer layer24and the insulated base12. A battery pack32is positioned within the insulated base12to power the constant temperature heating element22.
