ABSTRACT:
An improved differential receiver circuit for use in a direct-coupled, binary serial digital data transmission channel. The receiver circuit comprises a pair of differential amplifiers having a cross-coupled biasing arrangement for providing thresholds for a received signal without degrading the high common mode capability and high impedance of the amplifiers.
