ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides such a measuring method of the CK isoform and a reagent therefor. Accordingly, the present invention provides a reagent for measuring creatine kinase (CK) activity comprising an antibody, wherein said antibody inhibits CK-M.sub.T subunit, but does not inhibit CK-M.sub.S subunit.
The present invention also provides a method for measuring CK activity comprising determining an inhibition of CK of body fluids using a reagent for measuring CK activity, wherein said reagent comprises an antibody which inhibits CK-M.sub.T subunit, but does not inhibit CK-M.sub.S subunit.
