ABSTRACT:
A read signal processing circuit for a magnetic storage disk. The processing circuit used to accomodate intersymbol inference and base line noise problems of a magnetic recording code having minimum to maximum flux reversal time span ratio of 3-10. The circuit receives an amplified analog read signal and outputs a binary reconstruction of the original encoded write signal.
