ABSTRACT:
Disclosed are reactive phenolic compounds having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are certain substituents. Also disclosed are certain polyesters normally susceptible to oxidative degradation having copolymerized therein at least one residue of one of the phenolic compounds.
