ABSTRACT:
A process for the production of styrene wherein ethylene oxide and benzene are added to a reactor at a temperature between about 600.degree. F. and about 825.degree. F. in the presence of an aluminosilicate type catalyst. The reaction proceeds directly to form styrene within the reactor.
