The apparatus is provided in vinyl with transparent embodiments, tinted transparent embodiments, and opaque embodiments. The sides of the apparatus provide a venue for advertisement. All sections of the apparatus are joined in smooth transitions, and are preferably seamless. Face openings are provided.
