ABSTRACT:
A radiographic imaging apparatus1has a solid-state image sensor11, a scintillator21, and others. The solid-state image sensor11has a photosensitive section13and an amplification section15, which are formed on one side of an Si substrate12. The photosensitive section13includes a plurality of photodiodes16as photoelectric converters for photoelectric conversion, and these photodiodes16are arrayed in a two-dimensional pattern. The amplification section15amplifies outputs from the photodiodes16and outputs amplified signals. The scintillator21is arranged to cover a region where the photosensitive section13and the amplification section15are formed on the one side of Si substrate12, and is formed directly on the region.
