ABSTRACT:
A data storage section 4 stores therein successively the data which has been received and their transmission numbers. A control section 3 operates a same call judging section 4, a transmission number comparing section 6 and a retransmission data detecting section 7, respectively, whereby when the newly received data and its transmission number are respectively identical to one of the newest M data stored in the data storage section and its transmission number, or the newly received transmission number is older than the newest transmission number stored in the data storage section and also the difference therebetween is equal to or smaller than X, it is judged that the data of interest is the retransmission data, while when the transmission number is newer than the newest transmission number stored in the data storage section by two or more, or when the transmission number is older than the newest transmission number and also the difference therebetween is larger than X, it is judged that the data omission is present.
