A radio controlled, battery-operated model toy having an electric motor, a battery device for supplying energy to the electric motor, a radio control receiver, and a servo mechanism operated by the output of the receiver, wherein a voltage responsive automatic circuit breaker which opens the electric circuit of the electric motor in response to a voltage drop in the battery device and holds the circuit in the open stage is provided between the battery device and the electric motor, and a voltage regulator
