ABSTRACT:
A solid-state imaging element2having a light-receiving portion where a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements21are arranged, and electrode pads22electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion elements21is mounted on a substrate1having external connection electrodes12and electrode pads11electrically connected to them. A scintillator3is formed on the surface of the light-receiving portion of the solid-state imaging element2. The electrodes pads11and22are electrically connected by wiring lines4. An electrical insulating organic film51tightly seals the scintillator3and covers the electrode pads11and22and the wiring lines4. A metal thin film52is formed on the organic film51.
