ABSTRACT:
In order to improve the resistance of a crown reinforcement (20) of a radial tire to perforations, cuts and the drawbacks resulting therefrom, the crown reinforcement (20) is formed of three plies (21, 22, 23) of non-stretchable metal wires or cables.
