Compounds of the formula I:and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein X is CH or N, Y is C or S, Z is —(CRaRb)r— or —SO2—, A is —NR3— or —O—, R2is optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl, n is 1 or 2, m is 1 when Y is C and m is 2 when Y is S, and p, q, r, R1, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, Raand Rbare as defined herein. The compounds are useful in the treatment of 5-HT6and 5-HT2Amediated diseases.
