ABSTRACT:
2-[2-[2-[(4-Methoxybenzoyl)amino]phenyl]ethyl]-1-methyl-1-alkylpiperidinium halides and 2-[2-[2-[(4-methoxybenzoyl)amino]phenyl]ethyl]-1-methyl-1-benzylpiperidini um halides are antiarrhythmic agents having reduced toxicity relative to the corresponding piperidine compound.
