ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein n is an integer selected from 3, 4 and 5 and R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and A represent certain specified substituent groups. The compounds are inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase. Particularly preferred compounds are cis-2-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-1-pyrrolidinocyclohexane methobromide and cis-2-(3,6-dihydroxyphenyl)-1-pyrrolidinocyclohexane methiodide.
