ABSTRACT:
New pyridobenzoindole derivatives of general formula (I), in which R is H or alkyl (1 or 2 C), alk is straight or branched alkylene (2 to 4 C), R.sub.1 denotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical (1 or 2 C), R.sub.2 denotes a hydroxy or methoxy radical, and R.sub.3 is methyl or ethyl and their addition salts with acids, useful as antitumor agents. ##STR1##
