ABSTRACT:
A novel pyrazolo[1,5-b]-1,2,4-triazole derivative represented by the general formula (I) is described. ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent; X represents a hydrogen atom or a group capable of being released upon coupling; and Y represents a hydrogen atom or an aralkyl group.
