To improve operativity, a pushing device for a tooth restoration material mixed and kneaded in a capsule comprises a compression coil spring4provided between a leak preventive cover2contacted with a capsule and having a cylindrical piston rod1inserted, and a ratchet body3having a rack part3cband fixed to the piston rod1; a housing body5having a supporting path5binserted in the leak preventive cover2and a guiding path5cprovided with the ratchet body3movably; a ratchet body locking plate spring6for preventing move of the ratchet body3; a lever7for moving the rack part3cband returning the lever body7ato an initial position; a release body8for canceling the locking to the rack part3cb; and a stopper means9for stopping the ratchet body3at the initial position.
