ABSTRACT:
A push pull exercise device having two sets of coil springs telescoped around respective members of parallel sets of rods that are moved endwise to each other. Pulling forces on the rods are opposed by one set of the springs, and pushing forces on the rods are opposed by the other set of springs. The device can be quickly knocked down to a package of parallely touching parts.
