ABSTRACT:
A method for the purification of human interferon by the successive treatments of a crude interferon solution with an immobilized carrier which is coupled with a blue dye and a chelating carrier which contains a chelating residue chelated with at least one metal ion selected from the group consisting of Co.sup.2+, Ni.sup.2+ and Zn.sup.2+.
