A puncture device that reliably acts on the target body site is proposed. The puncture device includes a luminal puncture body2having a projection opening2aon the side surface; a tube3, accommodated in the puncture body2, having an acting part3athat acts on the inside of the body; and a leading means4for projecting the acting part3aof the tube3towards the side from the projection opening2a. The leading means4includes a wire5inserted in the tube3, and a moving means6for moving the wire5in the length direction of the puncture body2, the moving means6adjusting the moving amount of the wire5to project the wire5from the projection opening2a. The acting part3aof the tube3can be projected by the projection of the wire5.
