ABSTRACT:
A pumping method for effecting direct energy exchange between a drive fluid and a primary fluid in a pipe wherein a plurality of fluid jets are produced from a static distributing part having at least one first orifice by causing a movable part having at least one means for blocking said at least one first orifice to rotate such that the plurality of fluid jets are sent intermittently as liquid pistons into the primary fluid located at a common meeting space positioned downstream of the static distributing part whereby the plurality of liquid pistons pump the primary fluid through said pipe.
