ABSTRACT:
A toilet paper holding device including a base which is adapted to be secured to a wall. The base include a first fixed base arm and a second pivotal base arm. A spindle is threadably secured to an aperture within the pivotal base arm. The pivotal base arm may include a first orientation wherein the spindle is parallel to the base, and a second orientation wherein the spindle is perpendicular to the base.
