ABSTRACT:
A cover assembly for protectively mounting a telephone directory utilizes a cover member that is integrally formed from a single sheet of thermoplastic material. The cover member is so constructed as to ensure good ventilation while preventing the entrance of rain thereinto, thereby protecting the directory against deterioration from weather conditions as well as against abuse.
