ABSTRACT:
A limit switch6is placed on an end portion of the trip rod4, which converts the mechanical deviation of the trip rod4into an electrical signal. The electrical signal from the limit switch6is transmitted to quick acting solenoid valves placed in a drive unit for a steam valve via a sequence circuit device, and then the steam valve is closed. Accordingly, an equipment structure can be simplified and reliability can be improved as compared to conventional arts.
