ABSTRACT:
Prostaglandin compounds substituted at the 11-position with a methyl group are prepared from PGA.sub.2, its 15-epimer, and their esters. These compounds, not heretofore found in nature, possess a variety of pharmacological activities one of which is bronchodilation.
