ABSTRACT:
This invention relates a method for topical treatment of glaucoma or ocular hypertension by administration of an effective intraocular pressure reducing amont of a prostaglandin derivative of PGA, PGB, PGE and PGF, in which the omega chain contains a ring structure. The invention further relates to compositions comprising said prostaglandin derivatives in an ophthalmologically compatible carrier.
