ABSTRACT:
Prostacyclin analogs are provided having the structure ##STR1## wherein X represents .dbd.O or OH, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are OH or H, provided at least one of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is other than hydroxyl, R.sub.3 is H or alkyl of 1 to 4 carbons, m is an integer of from 2 to 5, and n is an integer of from 2 to 10, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds have been found to be potent inhibitors of arachidonic acid-induced platelet aggregation and bronchoconstriction.
