A reflecting mirror4dhas a rotation axis7which is inserted into a bearing8of a case1. Accordingly, the reflecting mirror4dis capable of rotating with respect to the case1and only the reflecting mirror4dis capable of adjusting the set up angle α made with the case1. When the set up angle is changed, the reflecting angle of the projected ray on the reflecting mirror4dis also changed. Therefore, the launching angle of the projected ray5with respect to the case1can be adjusted.
