ABSTRACT:
A projecetile for firing in a gun barrel has a jacket and a load. A bearing leeve is mounted in the jacket and the jacket is of a different material than the bearing sleeve. A journal sleeve is mounted in the bearing sleeve to axially rotate therein. The load is mounted in the journal sleeve to rotate therewith. Thus angular rotation of the load with respect to the gun barrel is reduced.
