ABSTRACT:
A programmable controller is used to control the operation of a xerographic reproducing machine adapted to run in a simplex or duplex mode whereby copies are made on either or both sides of web material fed in a single pass and then cut into individual copy sheets.
The controller includes a control apparatus for operating the various machine processing components in an integrated manner from timed control signals generated in accordance with a master program, and a re-programmable master program for generating the timed control signals in response to the individual copy run program desired.
